In the unlikely event you should have problem with your system, this could very helpful. ONLY with your permission and participation, we can connect to your system remotely for trouble shooting. (This is the same approach used broadly by Dell and others.)

What if I want to return my system?
Full refunds are available within 30 days after your initial purchase, and the system comes with a full one-year warranty, during which we will repair or replace any product with a manufacturing defect. Can I use any phone with my QuickPhones system?
Yes. If you want to use standard, residential-style phones made for use in the USA or Canada, any phone will work. If you want a business-style desk phone, you must buy them from QuickPhones to ensure they will work.
